Ron supposed it was a good thing that Malfoy had come to Dumbledore with the information that had allowed the Order to go to Malfoy Manor and face the Death Eaters once and for all.
It was wonderful when he and Harry had held the Quidditch Cup aloft after Harry ploughed Malfoy into the ground in their last Quidditch match.
But it was even better that, when Malfoy had made a pass at Harry last night in the bar of the Leaky Cauldron, Harry had reached for Ron’s hand and, looking Malfoy dead in the eye, kissed his freckled knuckles.
