He drops into reception and sprawls on the desk until Dave glares at me and I take my break and drag him into the café, where he flirts shamelessly with the woman on duty.
"You're gonna get me fired," I complain, watching him spooning up whipped cream from his hot chocolate.
She'd given him extra.
"You hate this job," he says.
"But I can't get fired until I've bagged Donna, now can I?" I protest.
"You'll never bag the Belladonna," he scoffs, as my tongue echoes his, peeping out to lick away the cream at the corner of his mouth.
